Status in the top right says ACTIVE though, which is odd.
it takes a bit of time for boundlexx to update
like same for when new planets are created, they will never show straight away
due to it being locked, so now its back open it should update soon again
i just hope @james can give us more into related to the fuel problem because yeah i added fuel 10 days ago also james to add on top, THE FUTURE sovereign never been in lock status before, this is the first time

Locked worlds are still active. The active
status on Boundlexx means they are still being returned by the Boundless game API. inactive
worlds are ones that have been completely deleted from the game API.
I should probably update Boundlexx UI to show that it is actually Locked though. I would have that data. Nevermind, Boundlexx already does do that. It is just that World data is cached locally so when there is a difference of <12 hours, it may say the wrong status.
