No they didn’t. They had said several times it was not very likely it would be the 13th but sometime in the week coming was most likely. I knew all the people ignoring that and hoping for the 13th would be a problem with those who seem to constantly be looking for a way to call the game bad before it launches to the public. No we get you and I’m sure a few more saying the developers lied which is not true.
Don’t expect it to go live in the middle of the night.
I would put my bet on UK office times.
