The players were saying (hoping) it would be today.
Can’t we all just agree that we were hoping only because it was a shanty way of saying “we do not know”

truth is (not trolling or anything) they only said that (and i quote)
we will be removing backing packs from our store and steam on the 13th August at Noon XX T-Zone and hope to reset shortly after
YEs this could have meant within a few hours but a dev would have confirmed within at least a few hours if that was the case before resetting
just realised it’s from the second season, so from 1992, the year PC gaming was at the level of Dune 2 (the first real RTS game with base building) and Wolfenstein 3d (the first successful FPS ^^) … but still it feels like yesterday
