Is there a quick way to get rid of Tall grass?

I HATE it.

I’m lvl 20 so I don’t have an AOE hammer, so is there some way I don’t know of to eliminate the tall grass?

I like flat, short grass. Lol

Axe is a better choice to use for grass. But with that being sad it’s still not much faster if at all. Just doesn’t drain as much dura iirc. But yea fast way will always be aoe. Otherwise it’s just one block at a time.

yea hammer or axe, that way you dont dig the dirt

You can turn down your foliage graphics setting too

I just use the starter totem. Free to make, so no durability loss.

Well if anyone has an AOE axe or hammer and you’d like to help mow some grass, I’m on Angel1 just SW of Quark.

Can you still do a free respec at exactly level 20? If so you could try respeccing into as much Dex and hammer mastery as you can, then use a copper hammer to break the grass more quickly (hammer is to avoid accidentally breaking the dirt block underneath).

If you can’t respec the starter totem is a decent option like Jyanin mentioned. It has a faster swing speed than most tools (I think copper/silver is still faster but it costs durability)

Not on ps4 you cant turn down foliage settings

For me it always felt faster to get a shovel-specced guy with some 3x1 aoe shovel digging the blocks from the side, then replace and re-grass to the desired level, but maybe that’s just me.
