1.people can hire out peope for jobs other than building
2. Apprenticeships can be implemented for those who are experts in certain fields to help those who are not along eg. If mechanics is ever implemented then they could help with complexity
3.If you built a shop which was doing well in one city you could somewhat branch out to other cities and probably hire out shopkeepers or hunters to keep your store in stock. Whilst making a name for yourself and money
4. This could help those just starting out who need coin, so could just look for emoyment
5. Communities could but up notices(if ever added) that portray their vacancies thus drawing more people, bettering the economy in the longer term
6. Economy building jobs such as banking or loaning out could be implemented
I am aware that theoretically all this is possible ,even now, but whether or it is an accepted idea is one thing. I can see both views of it.
Could you make the text look better?
i can’t read it (can’t focus)
As in 1.0 a full currency and trading system will be implemented I was wondering as towards different ideas of earning it. In certain descriptive areas there have been things such as hire out for master builders or start your own shop or build a zoo and charge people to come and see your attractions etc. In a recent topic I discussed the possibility of raids and thus bounty hunting as a hireable service. I was wondering if there were to be other employability areas, of course if you had direct control of how you spent money you could technically be hired out for anything as long as you made a name for yourself. I just thought if the idea was expanded towards a full blown economy ,as clans and guilds etc. Will be competing for top spot, it could add a lot of competition. Things such as apprenticeships and jobs etc. could become a thing.
For instance for those players who may be joining the community a while after 1.0 release and are just starting out could possibly seek employment to earn the gold they need whilst building a temporary house or even staying in a hotel room(again another example). A large notice board of job selections could be added in the communities which could show off vacant areas thus benefitting your economy in the long term. As in the PSN blog such jobs as real estate agents and boutique shops have been stated I’m sure it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary to go as far as say a banker i.e a large store house for the community where they may acquire loans-provided that we will have direct control of how we spend our money.
Going back to the shop idea, then when they think they’ve done their share then they could move on, leaving the spot open for another newbie who requires cash. As far as apprenticeships go I was just thinking of a simple: here’s my trade and if you like it then you can be my companion and make this your living too(of course no ropes tying you down and you can leave if you decide its not for you or if you get bored).
Recently a new Youtuber, which I’m sure most of you are acquainted with (Shakebake or known as sHaKeNbAkE here), has just showcased a zoo he built and went on about needing a few helpers or that visitors could buy some feed for the animals, well exactly my point he could literally say he has a vacancy and then pay people to help him. Now on the other hand this does mean that the person on the other end looses money which could be bad depending whether or not again we’re in direct control over the spending. It would be entirely voluntary as to paying someone for help, but then who would want to help you for free if other businesses were paying people? I’m sure if you were in a sustained business with a nice flow of money this could work but its your opinion.
Back to the apprenticeships again another way you could look at it is people teaching other people to better themselves:of course I’m talking about literal EXPERTS in that field but say when pipes and mechanics are implemented into the game, unfortunately not all can grasp the complexity of what can be done(take minecraft redstone as an example or LBP logic they take a while to learn). With all these in theory that brings me to my final point of branching out to other towns eg if I had a well to do shop in one city and I wanted to expand my earnings I could set up another shop in another city whilst making a name for myself and earning more money: I could hire people to mind the shop or hunters/explorers to keep it in stock. Again another topic that a lot of people could see as potential or dismiss it completely,as I see both view points of how it could be bad or good.
I read some of it, it’s too confusing and the thought seems random and all over the place please try summarise with bullet points or under 100 words then I think we could discuss it.
Thank you now i can read it
Really sorry wrote it from a phone as was just brainstorming. In a quick glance I meant could we somewhat make an economy in the community towards people hiring people for different things. Again sorry for any inconvenience.
Sorry for any inconvenience. I wrote from a phone as was just brainstorming: always try to put too many ideas on one post.
Hahaha I know the feeling. No worries just try to keep it cleaner next time
Here is it summarised for those in future who wish to read my awful grammar:
1.people can hire out peope for jobs other than building
2. Apprenticeships can be implemented for those who are experts in certain fields to help those who are not along eg. If mechanics is ever implemented then they could help with complexity
3.If you built a shop which was doing well in one city you could somewhat branch out to other cities and probably hire out shopkeepers or hunters to keep your store in stock. Whilst making a name for yourself and money
4. This could help those just starting out who need coin, so could just look for emoyment

Thanks just uploaded a summary there now
I just edited it there now in as little as possible point by point: I think when discussing ideas I’ll stick to the PC
