i and @Jenndragonfly are having lag at lapas she having around 18 fps and i have about 12 i live in the eu and she live in the us east but have more fps in a eu west and she have a gaming pc so something is really wrong may you check it and try doing something?

Fps describes the frarmerate. Not the latency (lag).
Your fps are limited by your hardware and are not affected by the server (at least afaik).
You could try to lower your graphics settings and see if that helps (experience tells that especially the draw distance has a big influence on your fps)

Networking latency is fine: ~50ms.
However FPS 11 from 94ms frame time. Hmmm not sure the gap between this and update+render time of 61ms. Not sure what is in the 94 - 61 = 33ms gap.
I imagine you’re struggling because you’re rendering the portal which is expensive.
Your latency is higher - but okish.
FPS is poor. Your LOD0 chunks meshed 1232 is high (again because of the portal) try turning down your “Terrain Detail”.
