Died off as in “not many players around anymore” or as in “beacon expired, chunks regenerated”?

Wait! I’m not quite dead yet! Rather my plans for this location have changed. Fact is, I never dedicated the time and effort to grow and promote this project. I’ve managed to get most of the clutter cleaned up and reclaimed a lot of projects I was working on in this area, but I’m keeping these two shown in the image. I’ve put a lot of work into them and I wan to see them right up till 1.0 releases. I’ve had a lot more free time these days, and I’ve been working out ways to see this zone thrive again! I don’t intend to overtake Blacklight’s capital status, but with a little attention and promotion, this zone could well become another active hub on Berlyn.
That being said, the location is still for sale for 5mil. Though I doubt there are any guilds or groups out there willing to spend that sort of coin on it.

Had a small little town going prior to the beacon fuel update. It was already pretty dead, and has since been regenned to just myself and Zama.
