If you’re just looking for a ton of ash, if you enter the “VeilForge Prime” portal at Dragon, there’s a giant field of ash just next to the shop.

Scarif also has farms for all 3 in one place. Ash, mud and clay. (?). Haven’t made brick in a while so my memory is hazy. lol

Chic’s Bricks on Sorissi has portals to most types of dirt like material. Ash was one of them. Also sap farms.
