I saw that but finding their portals been a struggle since not everyone connected to the hubs.
Have you seen portals to the 3?
TeddyBEar were at one of high tier TNT hub, Cthulhu is a sov where Iluminati Concrete is, Wildfyre also got portal at TNT

Currently Illuminati Coincrete is closed off of Dragon
Found TeddyBear off of the T6 hub in Dragon and very happy as I found other resources on my few visits already
