I am looking for the best price on titanium hammers and/or any titanium hammers that might sell cheaper then gem hammers.

Titanium is almost as rare as gems, and is also needed in a lot of the new engine (and gem spanner) recipes, so it is pretty highly valuable at the moment.
For now, I’d recommend just using a copper/iron/silver (whichever you prefer) hammer, and/or a gold hammer (to mine gems with).
