What’s the lowest level planet (US servers preferred) that drops ice…? I’ve found it on T3, but didn’t spend much time on T2 worlds.
T3 and up only I think?

Yup that’s where I usually go, silver hammer and a little strength brew I’m good to go. Locked out of Eu at night though.
