Do you know any ways to get Oortstone without hunting or buying? I can’t hunt because there ARE NO hunts running when I’m online, and I can’t buy them because I’m low on coin. Can somebody either tell me what I could do or do a hunt from Monday to Thursday at 2024-03-23T16:00:00Z?
not today, just on one of the weekdays that are not friday at that time
You can go to a planet and look for dormant meteorites to collect.
You could go to a planet that has had a hunt recently and collect any completed meteors that are still there.
The 3rd option would be to trade for them. For example, if someone needs dirt removed and you are willing to do it, ask to be paid in oort. They might agree.

im gonna leave my pc turned on for the whole night so i can do afk looting for the first time, so when i wake up i have loads of loot

seems your portal to the future is closed too. even though I gave you 5 weeks of starter fuel

There are a ton of hunts that go on … I got a ton of oort in the past week. Pretty easy and not much work.
Bunch of good hunt leaders … @glr @Chicula @Wondernut @2FACEWICKED and a whole bunch of others. You want oort… that’s the way to do it.

Ooortbusters runs a hunt most mornings about 2 hours before you say you get on. If you could make those you could get some.

Over the future of farms portal hub you would have had a cheaper option and still be able to access your place and dragon hub. If you struggle to maintain the bigger portals because you can’t get the fuel for them, you should consider less maintaining intense portals. The bigger the portal the more oort it needs.
Its a shame though that someone would give you oort for a specific portal and then after you close it. Or might it be that i came for a visit that you wanted it gone? 
Anyways, i really advice you to run a cheaper portal if you struggle to maintain. You also dont need to wait for public hunts to happen. You can hunt alone or invite some friends that are of the same time zone like you. Or like mentioned already by @ardele, you can also farm/collect stuff that other people need and sell it to them. With the coins you can buy then the oort. The butt universal trade tracker (BUTT) website can help you with seeing whats getting bought for what prices and on which planet those are located. And you find also who sells oort.
