@the-moebius, we at Gloom Conglomerated want to assure you that regardless of whether or not the sun can penetrate whatever outerwear you chose, OUCH can easily hit you where the sun don’t shine.

Body paints are not the same as pants. I guess we could have paint on pants, with our loin cloth on the outside (super hero style) but it would still not be the same

Most likely, yes. Unless the Devs saw all of these Pants movements, and designed one of the Body Paints to just be Pants tattoo’d onto people.

The anti pants movement is not completely negative. Although pants need to be stopped (see truth in other thread)… i also believe that a request for just pants is selling us all short.
we should be aiming higher for craftable armour sets with gem variants that buff resistance types, this will open up a whole new path of gameplay/crafting/skillsets when higher tier planets/mobs arrive.

Pants are awesome, but include a skirt option too! Both options for both female and male toons. If a guy wants to wear a skirt or dress, I’m cool with that.

Well, crafted clothes and armor (forgable) would be a long term goal yes. But it is unlikely that could be finished in a timely fashion, so we are targeting smaller spread out buffs to outerwear, to aid in adding to the experience in waves of exciting patches in the coming weeks and months of boundless
