So sure we all do it right? We all take notes of different things when weāre doing stuff and boundless⦠If itās a math problem⦠Or maybe notes of different planets of what has what resource⦠Or maybe players names so you donāt forget the?
Well I thought this would be kind of fun have you ever wondered what would happen if you had company and they just happened to come across your notes and they would think youāre just coming up with a master plan for something?
Feel free to share what your notes look like⦠I take lots of notes of different things⦠this is mine from today
I have some clean, well planned out spreadsheets and Google docs. Some roughly half-arsed A4 sketches. And hundreds of illegible post-it notes that I canāt bring myself to throw away in case theyāre important
As a Boundless player i would guess you are mutating Goo, definatly something colour related (all my colour notes are in numbers)ā¦
However, you could be selecting chunks of numbers out of some sort of line-up, as you started past number 100, Iām assuming you are on a budget, but didnāt want to drop into the sub 200ās, so have some status, at least to project⦠The star next to 155 and the bracketed 200 clearly indicate you think number 155 would be proof of your sub 200 status, and Iām guessing the circle round 180 means they will be your āDateā. From this deduction i think it best I pretend I didnāt see this note of yours, and surmise what the selection was of later with friendsā¦
My lists are just numbers on a piece of paper, as I run through and try and figure out which colors of bricks need making⦠itās messy because I just stick it under my keyboard until I am ready to go make some⦠;p;
@Chicula you are not the only one who uses this method⦠I used to do this when making concrete⦠List maybe out dated since RL has taken over most of my time but its still around my desk somewhere
I added a page to my mod_perl cms that I wrote, lets me manually track level and plots for all 40 of my toons in one table in postgresql (even the 3-4 that i keep reseting) although removing one is still a ādelete from boundless where name =ā***ā;ā kinda deal. I also recently made a public version (without the form and htmx that updates whoever i clicked on) at my site, currently zpoc dot soon dot it slash bl That page uses http, https goes to a golang server which doesnāt have any of the functionality my Apache & mod_perl stuff does, yet.
I have a small pocket size notebook somewhere from the 90ās with all kinds of notes and diagrams from games that would look odd to someone else that finds it. Like the notes for āEye of the Beholderā or āMega Man Xā 1, 2, 3 on SNES. āBuck Rogersā, āPhantasy Star IIā, or āEcho the Dolphinā on Sega, or āUp, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, Aā for single player or āUp, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start, Select, Startā for multiplayer.
Like not context at all, just child scribblings, no structure, all intertwined together.
