I forged a slingbow and got the slow mob boon, but after setting the boon was not on the slingbow.
I forged 1 more to test, got the slow boon again, but after setting it gone from the bow.

Perhaps try to use it? I have a slow boon bow I’m using, works 100%, last time i checked it also said bleeding damage boon… might just be a text error. Remind me 12h and I’ll check when I’m on / post a screeny.

If it can wait a day / if you plan on selling it unused I’ll check mine
Its for personal use, just testing forge. 
But it only show 2 boon in description, when it got 3…
I have had this same issue, for me it was just a visual bug, the slingbow did apply both effects.

maybe theres not enough space for the text in the description cause both debuff have such long names
I tested it, and all the boons are there and working.
So probably a text bug.
