Just ask @olliepurkiss to explain how Wendigo are made, or check out “Until Dawn” for yourself
This is how i see animals
A Burger
Bacon
Lasagne
It would take some used to killing animals, but if i was hungry and the only animal around was a puppy i would kill and eat it.
I meant more like where to cut so you don’t waste too much. Or what you can throw away without feeling bad.
But I suppose it’s similar to fish. Take innards out, skin it (I know you don’t skin fish) and practically all of the rest is edible?^^
(of course some innards are edible too. Everything is edible if I think about it xD But to simplify it^^)
Is there meat that spoils from the inside out?
I’ve never seen the point in worrying about where Nature saw fit to put me in the food chain. It’s good to be the King.
Hey, I’ve sent animals off for slaughter and waved goodbye with a fork. The only thing I’ve actually killed in order to eat it was fish, but I’m not squeamish about such things.
Well we placed ourselves on top of the food chain^^ So props to us xD
Pork spoils from the bone out. How you cut depends on use. Personal use, doesn’t really matter, but cutting for market matters alot- you would train under an experienced butcher for about a month.
Except in the ocean. There are things in the ocean that think I’m food. I try to stay out of the ocean.
The bears that live around me don’t think I’m food, but they do think I’m competition.
I never swim somewhere I can’t see the ground^^ That’s no-no-zone.
Dude… lasagne? Lol.
It´s a running gag in Europe, caused by a “scandal” where certain companies mixed horse meat into their lasagne without labeling it on the package.
Nope not getting in to this, to much prejudice and to many morons on both sides of the debate.
as vas mentioned, in europe they found out that horsemeat was sold off as beef, and the thing most affected was Lasagne, the best part for me though was that when the outrage settled the sale of horsemeat skyrocketed xD
I think that was mostly related to the fact that people suddenly remembered that you can actually eat horse.
How could they even forget that? Horse is delicious^^

To paraphrase Khan Noonien Singh:
“I’ve eaten you. And I wish to go on…eating you.”
Living in Australia and being a surfer it is always a possible but slight worry that plagues me in the surf, especially when there is no one else out and the water is murky and it is evening, that there is something much bigger and more dangerous to me at that current moment (but not hungrier because I am always hungry) in the water just below me waiting to take a nibble. It doesn’t help my concern with the latest influx of shark attacks that is currently plaguing the east coast (where I reside).
My favourite though is swimming in a river (but not scared of crocodiles) and not wanting to touch the muddy bottom because of the possibility of there being a slimy creature or crustacean ready to pinch me.
But I do agree with @zeathoros and that if it comes down to it, people would be willing to brutally kill and torture an animal if it meant that they would continue to survive, and yes there have been many reported cases of people turning cannibal to eat others like certain tragedies at sea and for example that one particular story of a group of settlers turning on each other and eating one another during a particular bad winter when they were travelling and out of supplies.
I mean human meat is just that, meat^^
And yes the little creatures are scary too^^ Who knows if there isn’t some little poisonous ■■■■■■■ at the river bottom.
(edit. the censored word isn’t really censore worthy^^ It’s the word for an illegitimate child.)
I personally find the fact that cannibalism is frowned upon a waste of meat, but i guess that is just our culture, i also find funerals and coffins a waste of money so that is probably why i think that way. shrug
Well I mean I wouldn’t want to eat a 90 year old steak of any sort^^ But I know what you mean.
The way our culture handles death isn’t very efficient.
I find that to be completely screwed up. Oh well. Plus you develop a disease from eating human meat that is something akin to Mad Cow Disease I believe.
And yes those little dickheads that live on the river bottom scare me and the fact that I can’t see them.
