Perhaps, water mounts should be the most common, then land mounts, then flying mounts being the rarest? And when I say common I still mean rare just not as rare.
Just like the Kraken Glider on Archeage (a trully flying machine XD) but its only droped by a raid monster wich apears only one time each week i think? or each few days.
And only drops the ítem to the one who killed him.
But here instead of that, you can just take an egg XD the ultra-super-rare egg
Land mounts shouldnt be rare, they shouldnt be drops. they should be something you can buy from a beastmaster who trained them or train them yourself by being a beast master. or come from some random external source which would require money
Well better train them by yourself, not a random NPC
I agree with you there @Zouls, you should be able to purchase mounts from other players that have tamed ride-able animals through a beast taming skill. It will help people come together in the Oortciety 
. Plus it will also regulate money between players <- but that’s for another topic 
Also, to add onto this topic, we should be able to craft mounts that represent Oort lore. They could be crafted through ancient Oort technology. For instance, somebody could craft a flying Oort cube xD.
