This is the town i settled in. I started on this planet and didnt know about anything and just went to the biggest city and started building.

I didnt know about etiquette to ask. So hope this noob didnt upset anyone.

Never played a blockbuilder before.

The clip is from my creations/house point of view. I know its alittle sloppy and dont seem very planned. Which it aint ive just had fun with building.

I just want to show how much effort ive made. Not skill but effort, dug that place out with copper hammers :sweat:.

Ps. The movie is really boring/■■■■, its best watched just zooming through to see the place. If i could i would 3x speed the movie or something but.

Any suggestions tips and inspiration you got please share! As a total noob im in dire need to see someone eles stuff to learn.

The tree is pretty impressive I think and you use multiple levels which is nice.

:disclaimer: I’m not a pro in building nor video making. These are just my first impressions:

To get better at building, I’d say just explore, if you find builds that you like, take a moment to look closely or even take a screenshot or 2. Ask yourself what makes this builds extra to you and try to copy bits and pieces.

For the video, try adding a bit of music maybe, or try to tell a story. That can be with the images you show or simple text if you don’t want to talk.

Its fun. I got into this game becouse of Legendary Moonlight Scoulptor a korean Light novel. The main guy ends up building a town just to attract people to tax them.

I got to admit thats what the long road from the tree to the ski-hill was about. Making people settlemalong it to get that juciy footfall. And to try people to build around me. It seems to work. :stuck_out_tongue: theres gotten about 4 new settlers along it. :grin:

Kuhehehha this game is fun. I will get better. :stuck_out_tongue:
