I believe there is a discrepancy between the WorldsPoster says and what the planet is @Redlotus .

The tier it says in the in the debug information is 1 tier lower than what the tier is in actuality, because it’s an integer value, not the actual value that you’d use in the game.

Its a tad confusing, but a T4 in the debug is a T5.

A Tier 1 is a tier 0 in the debug so just add +1 and you have the correct tier.
