3x5 the same as 10x8? The chart that’s floating around lists 24 conduits requiring 9 oort/h while 15 conduits is 7 oort/h. Here for example. https://www.portalseekers.com/worlds-portals-other-info/ I know going from 7 to 9 isn’t that much but still

The list you have is probably true. My portal I had from segi to finata was 18 conduits and lasted 4d 12ish hours and my portal from sorissi to finata is 24 conduits and last 4d 5ish hours
Edit: forget what I said. I was thinking I was already at 9 per hour with my segi one
9/hr is max, I don’t have one open myself or I’d check. I thought 3x5 was 9?
I think it’s 7ph, but I could be wrong. I opened one yesterday, and I think it says 7. I’m at work so can’t check.
