I have had the idea for starting a guild for awhile now and i figured id see what the community thinks of the idea and to see who may be interested in joining. I can imagine The Builders Union a guild that accepts contracts from other players that beed help building. The union would supply all of the tools and/or weapons needed for the contract and would only take a small cut from the contract (like 10 percent or something) to pay for the tools and weapons needed for the work. The rest of the coin would go to the workers who worked that specific contract equally. Obviously there is no contract system yet but hopefully it will be implemented in the near future. Anyways i feel like this idea of a guild would not only allow builders who like to build make money while they play that builders lifestyle but also help our fellow players out and improve the games economy. The Builders Union offers consitant work, the tools to get the job done, and equal pay opportunity. Let me know what you think of this idea for a guild and if you’d like to join. Also open to any idea to make this even better! (The offical launch of the Builders Union will most likely be after this upcoming update)
Luckily boundless already has that feature. You just have to build the Hall with the mesaageboard.
Most people like building there own things. BUT if there were a time when someone just wants something done ASAP this would be a interesting option.
The only thing is how do I know the builders are good?
Why would I let a stranger in my plots?
If there was a stars system or rate system then that could give the players an idea that those builders would get the job done.
So just make signs showing peoples reliability. Ask your clients how their service was. Guilds dont run themselves!
Make a giant guild hall with signs that have free agents with discord names or something. With also another board where projects get thrown down on. And maybe some rules
As a client i could come in and look for free agents. OR if im looking for work i could come and find who needs it and refer myself to them. If im new they can be my entry to the board rating. Or i can use my current rating to get them to hire me

Even can promote particular sculptures here that you specialize in and sell works

@thebeeznest i like idea of the rating system so that you can know what workers are reliable and good at building. @Rumplypigskin i would definitely need to atleast partner with another guild to either get a deal on tool or to spread the word on jobs and requests. I would also not be opposed to merging it with another but maybe making it a somewhat a separate faction that way there is a clear job board that states where you would go to find work and where to go to request it. Popsicle Boys would definitely be a great partner or potential merg cosidering this whole idea would be dependent of haveing a well established trusted guild atleast on our side not to mention they are a merchant guild i already do a lot of business with. Look at the Trello. They are actually implementing a player rating system!
@thebeeznest i would deffinitly be putting up union booths with boards in most of the capitals where people could request jobs and ask about accepting them. I will for sure have one in Black Hawk my settlement in elopor. I would love to put one in your plaza that way players can see the board no matter where they are. Eventually i would like to make a head quarters but i havent actually decided where it will be or how big its going to be lol.
