the hub is done, besides some fine-tuning, and of course, changes might happen over time.
however, it took me a full week of actual building not counting the standing around brainstorming.
I had to rebuild a little of the hub, as I forgot to plot it 
here is a little hub video, with nice big signs, I will make a new thread about possible hubs to open up to on my costs.
