It depends on what type.
Light and electromagnetic radiation both create additive color (add colors to create white).
Pigments irl are subtractive (light that has already passed through aka absorbs = black).

Where is your portal going to be? And will there be a farm set up?
Mine has it too, temp portal set up at Nova Golda Market, Personal portal area.
Tomorrow I will turn a spot to a regen farm and add it to the regen farms area at Nova Golda!

I visited your world. The colors remind me of that cusp between summer and fall. Quite stunning.
But the gleam is few and far between (or was my experience).
Thought that too at first but there are areas with lots of it. Found a spot with 4 of those things near each other, gonna turn that into a regen farm later!

gonna return my first world (not a keepa) to original colours so peeps can collect some blocks
not gonna list all the colours (expect warm mustard gleam) but if anyone wants to produce a list then please do so and thank you.

It’s the right most portal at the Nova Golda Regen Farms portals!
