Not that I’ve seen yet. Not sure how long (or even if there is a delay) it takes for unlocked colours to be updated.

I’ve purposely not finalised my world colours until as many of the ones I want for my world become available (especially some white rock!)

Is this a new GUI functionality? Also, how are colors being “unlocked” for these worlds…? I’m out of the loop.
That’s the GUI for color swapping on sovereign worlds.
On sovereigns, the color selection is limited to colors that have been randomly generated on other worlds. Once one person gets it randomly, anyone can swap their world to have it (one color swap per month).

The block color selection is on the world control that the user places, on rentals.
Colors that aren’t available on permanent planets could be unlocked when any rental planet is generated. Once unlocked, they can be selected by any player.

I want an option to untick similar color pallates in creation. One of the reasons I like Lamblis is due to it’s abscure color pallate, which seems void of any color-program making block colors similar.
Lamblis really makes me feel like I’m not on earth, and I would like an option to untick the color themes upon creation, and be able to enjoy the randomness that comes up.
Or let me pick specifics upon creation? I’d like that option too, but for reasons I cant understand or relate to those who have explained for reasons I dont relate to, choosing specific colors isnt currently possible with sovereign worlds, and I wish it was.
This post includes but is not limited to a motivation to have a specific gleam color not currently unlocked. My personal wish is not specifically Black, but another that is only been on Exo.
Why the colors have to be locked is to cater to a type of gamer that I am not (I can enjoy boundless without an economy or competition, but creative kills some facets of why I like to play Boundless) is my best guess why the inability to pick specifics exists on sovereign worlds.
I’m holding off on renting my own planet until my preferred color of gleam is unlocked, or I can no longer resist the urge to have my own planet.

I got to try Black gleam on the party world. You can have it. There are better choices.
Now a nice Oxide Gray gleam, I’ll be down for that.

@Mangafan Worlds default gleam was Warm cherry.
