Am I the only one who gets excited when I see a new player? There is a newbie on Trior just East of the Trior Dragon Lair Hub. I think it would be awesome if peeps showed up to say “hi!”… Maybe he’ll stay!
They did plot just off my plots tho… innocent Noob mistake lol.

I remember when I first started playing and this game was so intimidating to me. The first time I warped to a friend, I found myself in a cave with no torch and absolutely zero skill points and even less clue as to how to get out of there!!
The first time I went to Alcyon, I fell off the cliff in the Ultima Hub while I was dying because I didn’t have a clue about atmosphere protections.
My first base was sooo sooo tiny, and I loved it. My very first “The Witches Brew” felt like a community center with all the Oortians coming and going. Ahhh, those were the days.
Until Boundless, I never realized how limited my brain was thinking, in terms of creative expression. This game has taught me so much about color theory and has really allowed me to grow as a human… not to mention when I’m out and about I see buildings and think to my self, “I can build that!” And when I see the occasional chemtrail in the sky I always say “Incoming!”
Most importantly, this game has taught me about community and I really miss the “Day’s of Old”… So, it makes me really happy to see new players and I hope we continue to see them. Who knows? Maybe the ball will get moving where it matters.
