The overall idea was to draw more skill points out of the existing pools, offering more diverse or deeper path choices:
Autoloot/drop attract skill - free up an offhand when mining or hunting and gathering, distance reached is debatable vs. boon forge. Overpowered to have max range or the same as max boon forge?
Tank Threat Epic 2 and 3 - progressively increasing modifiers for threat generation; Aggravated Attacks is an OK idea for a forge quirk, but a little underwhelming at current tuning. Tanks do little to control fights vs. high dps who are more likely to die due to lack of crowd control
Revive Epic 3 - grants the use of Enhanced Revive Augments, allowing a revive to cast instantly or much faster
