To avoid confusion you can call owned but connected worlds the RENTAL WORLDS (they are still public, you just get right to manage player traffic there) and the excluded ones you can call PRIVATE (as they are not public and may have entire rule-set changed).

so you mean 100% cut off… as in you cannot link to the main universe even from your own?

Right. Your character and all it’s possessions which you easily obtained on a private planet with only you able to obtain it’s abundant resources are banned from going to public planets. Allowing your purchased stockpile in the form of a planet you own abundant in resources without extreme threat would definitely fit the definition of P2W. lol So, that character and all it’s goodies as well as anything else from that private planet have zero connection to the public universe. However, if you follow the rules applicable to public worlds then you have no big advantage you purchased and therefor can connect. That is the understanding I got.
