Even with the interference, I left instructions that bypassed it with the wild base. In any case… hope to see you there soon.

I don’t think portal interference is a thing anymore now! 
pretty sure it said on the patch notes in an attempt to open up the universe further they’d removed it.
I’ve been wrong before though, so only way to know for sure is to try. I’d say when anyone comes thru via portal try to place your own computer first where you want and see if it lets you.
They did remove portal interference! Unluckily i finally visited New Lennon and it was a bubble anomaly after the update

Oh no! I visited there a couple times before. It was the first time I have actually seen a diplo. Never found any on my own journeys.
