As long at the total compactness score is 0 or higher, there’s nothing wrong.

As to why that particular plot is red…it’s the far corner/edge plot in a long 90 degree shape. It’s not unusual to see some edges turn red. There’s nothing wrong though.

Just FYI: Red plots are considered roads as far as the game is concerned.

Granted, it’s a bit weird that corners are sometimes considered roads, but nothing to worry about
