Idea - instead of " gaining" oort every time a portal is used, just freeze the fuel timer for 30 seconds. Virtually impossible to exploit that way, and would reward popular portals - especially large ones since they use more fuel.

I dunno… if someone wants to keep their portal open forever by walking through it every 30 seconds that sounds like a lot of work.
Someone will rig a script to do it when they sleep, or just have another account doing it 24/7.

I prefer no change to the oort mechanics. It’s the only thing in the economy that has true currency value.

I do like the way no matter how much demand there is for Oort, you still have the option of just going out and farming some for yourself. Unless you use 700 stones per day… in which case you’re going to have a bad time trying to farm this yourself.

Yes i would love to be able to tell what portals are being used not sure how much one of gets used and dont want to sit there for multiple days to find out
