I need help. I bought a Gleamcorn and even dressed it for a moment. Today, when I logged in again, I don’t have it anymore nor the cubits that I used to buy it and the store is giving me the option to buy it (again). Am I doing something wrong? How can I get my Gleamcorn back with out paying for it again?
Did you log in as a different character/alt today?
It can only be worn by the character that you were logged in as, when you bought it.
If you are still unable to locate it, please contact support@playboundless.com so they can check the logs & your purchases.
