On first image you can see gleam sign owned by with correct online ID.
Open up the sign in the second image, owner is correct but a different (incorrect) online ID.
I was getting this bug when looking at a PC players sign it would give my psn I D.

since I’ve never played the pc version or seen the pc version of gta 5 online do they hide the account name on there too? Only asking to see if it’s small games vs big games that do things like that for pc
I’m not sure … haven’t really payed that much attention to be honest.
What are the coordinates of where the affected sign is located?
This happens with a heck of a lot of signs tho, not just this one. It usually displays the online id of someone you just have seen something else off (meh, need sleep, sounds weird, not native speaker, blabla, Fidach probably looked at a sign or shop stand of DKPuncherello earlier and somehow that is sticking under certain conditions).
Am not in game, so can’t give exact coords, can give directions tho…
Know where to find New Leyden? Portals everywhere! if you come out of the main portal area up front, Fidach’s dome is right behind you, behind the portals…
So out of the portals go left, follow the path, then there’s a door to Fidach’s UFO ehh dome on the left, sign is, by the looks of it, over that door opening on the inside…
