Plans for the weekend?!

What are you planning to get up to in the Boundless universe this weekend?

building, killing, exploring, creating lengthy point by point replies on the forums…let us know!

for me, the weekend starts early (day off today!) and I have the somewhat tedious task of laying down grass.

This weekend? Interrupted by MTG Pre-Release for Throne of Eldraine. So unfortunately I won’t be able to do much in boundless other then spend about 30mins to maintain and grow my farms…

Gathering at our Regen farms, need some mats. So glad we have Regen bombs otherwise I’d have to completely turn a planet into a crater to get enough clay for brick making. All hail Regen bombs. @AeneaGames :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Oooh can’t wait to see this one! Love your trees in general😁

I’m planning on putting up two towers on my amphitheater, getting a few more forged hammers out and then building up my stock for some lucent forging :ghost:

If I’m lucky I’ll join a hunt and raid a few exos too for good measure

Well due to joys of being a shift worker my “weekend” is nearly at an end already. As usual I planned nothing but aspired to achieve and create momentous things…

So I, of course, whittled away many many hours gathering hoardables from each of the exos floating around the oortiverse, which then prompted me to stop procrastinating and get working on my expanded storage project (more shelves and stands for hoarding more stuff). This lasted a wee while before I got bored and moved on.

I spent several hours seating away at the centraforge in order to refill my shop, which had to be followed by an hour of meditative mining to wash away all the thoughts I was then having of burning my no good, loot magnet and critical effect rolling centraforge to the ground… which worked fortunately.

I popped in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out of the goo farm all weekend to keep the crops fertilized and harvested as they matured (the life of a goo farmer is relentless yet somehow very enjoyable)

And I of course caught up with many of my boundless friends and passed away hours talking rubbish and visiting other peoples builds to see what was new… and it was on one of these visits that I saw a friend had his Reapers Trial trophy (a sweet golden fist forged by none other than @georgegroeg himself) on display with a sign above it and I thought to myself I really should do something similar!

So I decided I’d build myself a sweet looking trophy case., nothing major… however, many hours and about 18 plots later I realized I may have got a little carried away!

Seems like a simple enough display case right…

…until you take a few steps back

lol, and here I am still working on terraforming the surrounding area and trying to put in some detail and decorations. Probably won’t be finished by the time the weekend is over as usual!

I can’t claim the skull design, that is the Reapers Guild symbol which I shamelessly copied… but added my own flair with the shadow red marble and lava

First priority: Raiding any new exos that pop up. New exo drops, I drop everything!

Then of course, raiding the ones already up. Also, general collection of stuff to sell at my shop, from both exos and permanents. General exploration. Weekend mornings are also often when I’ll just sort of randomly wander and explore builds out there.

Big priority on the building front is working on the underground part of my new settlement. I’ve got enough up on top now to look like a home, so I’ve got to shift focus for a bit to the functional stuff planned: big network of underground chambers that will contain storage, a big forge and crafting areas and all. Eventually there will be far more underground than above, though I still plan to add at least a few buildings on the surface still. Anyways, this is the first underground room, had to get some more storage up first!

In other news, I finally got through the Reapers’ Trials last night, so that is one thing off the list! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It really does multiply the fun with an audience… but yes, the emotional damage done to a person inside the trials will 9 out of 10 times turn them into what you refer to as an “absolute savage”. It is the creation of a sick and twisted madman, a clever one though!
