She done better through the night. They turned the fyntenol off because it was making her too sleepy. Once that wears off she will be more aware. They gave her s good bath and put some good smelling lotion on her. That you all for the prayers, good vibes and well wishes. Things are looking a little better. Little baby steps of improvement mean a whole lot. Hopefully the next update will sound even better.

Thank you kemyobra! She started doing better yesterday morning and then started declining anted bit yesterdsy. Will get more news of how she done thru the night here in a few hours we are all the way over in Kentucky in the United States. They had to air lift her to Dayton Ohio a few days ago. She has been sick for over 2 weeks now, but us family have just found out about her being sick this past week.

Hope your sister gets better!

My brother caught the Omicron variant a week ago, but with the vaccine and the variant being weaker, he was just tired as if it was a common flu and got over it a few days later by staying locked in his apartment, so it’s not comparable.
Can’t imagine what you’re going through in comparison.

Still, best wishes from France!

Thank you and hope he feels alot better now. Both my kids have been sick with it, neither of them are vaccinated and they also felt like they had the cold or flu.

Today isn’t much good news. Turned oxygen up from 50% to 80%, giving her very strong breathing treatments, she does not have a temperature at this time. Also a bacteria has started growing in her lungs, so they have put her on antibiotics for that. Hopefully next update this evening will sound better

Was this by choice, or is it much harder in America to get the jab(s)? Each to their own and all - not judging, just wondering. Hopefully you’re sister pulls though, not religious so can’t say I’m for the prayer side of things

Thank you very much Lawrey

It was their choice, they are grown and living on their own. Said momma can’t tell them what to do anymore. I understand, and good vibes and well wishes help all the same. Thank you very much ghandymarshall

Ah ok, choice is exactly that. I wasn’t looking at the debate of should or shouldn’t, forced to or lose Job (that is a thing in uk) was interested to see what other countries health care setup was e.g. free and readily available to like a friend in Mali- no chance unless you go buy it from a black market

There are some jobs here that are forcing them to get vaccinated or lose their job, mainly medical places. At least there was some forcing it, that may have changed I’m not sure. Some jobs are giving you a choice of items to have as a gift if you go get the vaccine. Certain health insurances the vaccine is free. And some pharmacies it is also free. I know I had heard at first when it all started that the vaccines were pretty high priced. They even provide free covid testing here as well. I honestly didnt want to get the vaccine because of it practically being made over night and other reasons. But with my lung problems, with my sister being this sick, and a guy at my husbands work place passing away about a month ago, I have went and got the 1st round of shots.
