Plese re-send the Purchase info (the email tht has the link to configure the planet) for ORDER #9452 – I replied to the order confirmation and asked for it about 10 days ago but never got it.
I think they’re watching the support email more closely now - more than the forum.
I think it was a recent change that this is now the “community support” section instead of just “support”?
Anyways it’s late now, but I would make sure to send an email as well as any forum post for something like this.
