I really wish there was an easy way to do use discord on the PlayStation. Cause I have to almost mute the game to make sure the game sounds don’t come through on discord when I’m in a VC

Surprised I’m the only one so far who said I’d play on Xbox and Switch if available… more the merrier! :wink: I think it could potentially do real well as a GamePass game.

I keep Discord open a lot these days, but just on the computer, and mostly just the one I play on PC on. Finally upgraded my ancient phone but haven’t bothered to use it on there yet. And I don’t do voice chat. Mostly like using it to text chat and use the PS scanner. :slight_smile:

That’s why I don’t use discord. I’m already usually in a chat party with friends(on diff games) on psn, and I can only wear one headset at a time unfortunately. Feels like I miss out a lot without being in voice. I would really like if boundless had a proximity voice chat at least

Most of us in my guild have discord on phone and for those that use pc also use the pc also use discord on pc, except for digbycceasar my guild leader, he only uses discord on his pc because he has a more ancient phone.

I wish I had a PC. In general, but also for this game. Without a keyboard and mouse it feels like I have limbs missing or something.

This game actually has full keyboard and mouse support on PS4. So, assuming you have a KBM, you do have the option to use them :slightly_smiling_face:

I’d want a switch even more if it supported boundless. I’ve half considered buying a vita for it.

I assume vita won’t be supported on ps5 tho

I definitely woudn’t go out and buy a Vita to play Boundless on it.
Mainly because it isn’t available on the Vita

EDIT:
Oh, you’d be talking about using it as a screen while the game runs on PS4.
I forgot that it can do that

I love my Xbox and spend most of my time on it. I think my friends on Xbox would love to play Boundless but they don’t have a PlayStation.

As for discord, I use a headset on PS4 so I can’t use Discord voice chat. Also, not having a KBM makes typing in the game a real pain. I feel like I’m missing out during hunts because I’m not on Discord. I also feel like I’m missing out on potentially making some great friends on PS4 because there’s no proximity chat.

Side note…if Boundless supported VR, I’d go buy VR asap lol
I’d buy it for NMS, but I think flying would make me sick lol

Yes, but I found piloting harder, you hold the sticks in the cockpit, and the feeling is weird cause you don’t feel them :stuck_out_tongue:

It does :blush: If you go to the Anomaly you can tell who is using VR bc they can move their arms up over their head and they try to hug you lol

NMS made me so ill I literally have an aversion to my PSVR headset… :nauseated_face: But I would be more than willing to give it another go if Boundless went VR, that could be so amazing! :smile: (And really, I should give NMS VR another try sometime… I keep saying that, haha.).

Sadly I doubt games on GamePass make oodles of money. Besides porting the game to xbox and/switch is excellent idea AFTER we’ve had a ton of content updates but right now I kinda would be peed off to no end if they are or would be soon spending time on it.

As for voice chat, even tho I checked I use PS party chat I have only twice done this with this game. As for in game voice chat, well I checked it but am just not a fan of voice chat in general and normally only do so with people I know well already.

I also seriously hope the dev team is not wasting time on adding such a feature at this time. Yes, could be nice and might use it occasionally but I rather prefer actual content updates first. Like for the next five big updates.
