Today I start Boundless login to my main character(Saint-X) and want go to my Shop from Atlantis (my Home Beacon) on Imoco through my Portal to Eresho Shop
In the moment I try to get through the Portal the game crashing, after starting the game i say yes to send crash report
that was round about before 10 minutes (18:30 UTC+1)
but now the portal is empty and has no fuel more
I fill all portal in my shop that they are closing at the same and the portal to the ultima hub has ~ 12 days left(look on the screenshot) and i know that the portal from my home to the shop has the same left, that should be round about 600 oort shards. I look before 2-3 days and i had at this time 2 weeks left… now its empty after game crash
I’m so happy that others are seeing what I’ve been saying for a very long time and got NO answer to. No reimbursement or real help. I’ve had 2 developers respond back but that is about where it ended. I’ve took the time to support this game and send the coordinates and leave the freaking portals shut for weeks waiting. The team just needs more help it appears to address their own bugs. Not only this (off topic) but there are previous bugs that are now back again.
Right, so somehow the game crashing has caused an issue with the portal. I’m not in the office at present, so @james@lucadeltodecso are you able to check if there’s a generated crash dump around Tuesday 17th of this month?
