Hey, does anyone know what the difference is between a warp and a portal conduit?
You use warp conduit for a one time transport to another place and it costs coin to use. It is the same as the portal to the right in the sanctum.
Portal Conduit is for a permanent connection. It takes more resources to make and must be opened and powered by Oort shards.

Also, portals need power coils attached to the machine to be made (which need gems from tier 5+ worlds to be made) and the fuel is to be farmed from meteors, so they are kinda “mid game” content at least. Of cause you can buy such stuff on the market allready, but that’s not very cheap. The fuel cost is a fixed value for opening the portal (or re-opening) and then a cost per hour measured by the distance between both ends of it (which is very low when on the same planet and goes up quickly when leading to more away worlds ^^). To open a portal you need an epic skill, but you also could find someone who does it for you since fueling is not limited by a skill after it is opened.
