Post Your Screenshots! 2nd!

Just asked @HOST for assistance as i have the permanent clear weather bug enabled. The white spots stay. Tried plotting above that surface, the spots stay.

Here is the view from above, not perfectly rendered I’m on PS4.

Visibly those milk spots and proof its a huge lake biome, not gleam lake, nothing on going there in that water. Also no ocean biome.

Now i know! My ceiling developed vitiligo  :joy:

I have the same look on a spot I have built. I also built over a large body of water. I had the clear weather going. I just figured it was a residual affect from snow that never goes away.

@May-L04
have always had this finish on large concrete builds.
Recently built a large piece with bright slate (now kinda hidden so no ss) where it looked quite cool with wispy white clouds on blue sky effect…would be great for some kind of truman show type build

Ah i see, as wall it aint looking so bad from outside. But on a ceiling with different sizes white patches it aint much of a win. Should have made the ceiling indeed blue

I build with a ton of concrete and I don’t have this effect. Maybe it is a playstation rendering thing?

Or possibly lighting leaking through?

Lighting leaking cant be as inside of my building its mostly dark, especially in the center area are no lights inside that could mess with it. And HOST on PC sees them spots as well

Already noticed this weird snow effect on concrete clear weather on and still there

Have it on both platform PS5/Pc

i think i found a reason, i notiiced that those white stains - its like places lighten by light sources like sun or nearest planets but instead of bleaching/fading like light source moving away they staying in place looking like white stains, the liight dont following it sources, just remain in first lighten place like light made by stationary light source

I made a pole one block high and its fascinating how it changes the color repeatedly. Tested with bright taupe and vivid orange concrete.
Then with patterned concrete vivid orange, while placing block by block i can still see some are slightly bleached. You dont easily see it from far on the whole pole. Spreading some lines on flat surface and comparing the color, you can see clear differences.

Now tried also shadow cerulean patterned concrete. I cant detect any color change at all

Other theory. Wasnt there something said that on each planet of same size the same coordinate would give black ice after using the loli? Maybe its a coordinates thing too. In length and height is programmed to look that certain way

@UNCLEJ1UP screwing up the planet again…like the Spaceball he is.
