The naming at least seems to hold true
Is now a good time to bring up how terrible Footfall being tied to Prestige is? This is another one of those cases where ‘just ignore Prestige’ becomes less ignorable.
You’re not just ignoring an arbitrary scoring system, you’re also having to ignore a higher income, the naming of a Settlement, feats and achievements - and anything else you tie to the Prestige system in the future.
