As a fellow migraine sufferer, I feel your pain. If this happens often, I can recommend something that my neurologist recommended. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in therapeutic doses (400 mg/day) can stave off migraines. It worked for me.

Thanks so much for the info! I’ll definitely pick some up when I go to the store. I dont get them often just every now and then when bad weather rolls in. We have a stow storm coming our direction so the weather has been a mess and well so has my head. Lol Definitely thanks for sharing!
