Anyone else run through controllers playing boundless quicker than you usually would, I’m on my 5th controller playing boundless but if I play call of duty I can have 1 controller for like a year

Yeah, lol. R2 button is first to go…
It’s my left analogue, when I’m sprinting it makes me go soooo slow and then I can never run in a straight line, then it’s starts with the R2 button

Do you buy official ps4 controllers?
I’ve had the same 2 controllers for 4 years now and have not had a single issue 
(and i easily play dozens of hours a week)

Yeah all official controllers, but I game like it’s a full time job so I’m online rather often
You need to buy one with extra durability, have durability epic skill, and don’t forget to eat a persisting pie before you start playing.

My left stick is showing stick drift, I keep going backwards really slowly like I’m trying to sneakily back away from danger and/or people!
Oddest thing is tho you can’t seem to re-calibrate reliably on the PS4 itself, the controller did the same thing on PC but in Steam I can calibrate it so it doesn’t happen. Why on earth is this not in the PS4 OS?
It meant I had to order a new controller for use on PS4, and ehmm, I use Scufs… Pricey habit…
Kind of wore out the triggers on one mostly because of Boundless I’m sure. 
I’ve got a few spares, but even more backup now… just have to share, got this yesterday, have a few new ones out and the Rose Gold is sooooo gorgeous. 
Totally unnecessary indulgence since I have a few working ones but I HAD to have it!

Original ps4 controller is black…
I have has several ps4 controllers, play a lot of games and it seems that only the original black ones survive longer. Limited edition or other color ps4 controllers seem to break faster then de black ones.
On the PS4 almost every strange thing your character does in boundless without input from you. Like walking slowly to some direction. Camera turns for no apparent reason. Not able to keep running in a straight line.
I guess it depends on how much you play.
Love playing on the PS4 but I notice the quality of everything ps4 is very low. It isn’t really made for “gamers” but more for “casuals”.
Boundless is a very input sensitive game so it doesn’t mean your controller is broken. Chances are it still works fine without any problems at other games.
So I would get a new one for boundless and keep using the other one for other games, or just accept it and try to use it to my advantage.
I went and got a gaming controller a few months back and well it doesn’t have any problems atm am i happy with it? No. So I would say if you want to spend the money for it. Take your time finding the best possible option for it.
So all by all ignore it or buy a new controller. I am not recommending and not going to recommend a controller to buy as chances are most of them have flaws (design and otherwise).
I ain’t a expert on controllers by all means but since I started using the PS4 controllers i had to learn to be more careful with them (anger issues ) had to get a new one almost every month. Now i just punch a pillow and don’t give flying lessons or strangle it any more. But compared to the ps3 ones they are very cheap.
Ps3 life time maybe 4-5 controllers and 2 new consoles (replacements)
Ps 4 life time (so far) a lot of controllers, two replacements 1 new ps4 and a new ps4 pro (so technically 4 so far).
Sorry for Sony about the bad press but all i can say is i hope the 5 is better quality then the 4. If not im switching platform.
I change between my current 5 controllers but they all have something wrong with them and I refuse to buy more controllers lol, so I may run in a strange way (left and right) can never do a straight line, one of them doesn’t seem to let me sprint straight but I can sprint backwards so that may be a thing I might end up doing, who knows

Well ehmmm, that’s the Infinity Pro not the Impact I have!
This is using the same shell as the original PS4 controllers, the Impact uses a modified Xbox looking shell. The benefit of the latter is that they have more space inside to work with and then could add 4 paddles underneath instead of just two.
But… I generally use 2 mostly! X and O. With X on the paddles I can swim above water and still look around in all directions! Also with O I don’t need that recently added setting for crouch toggling, I just hold it… Am used to it that way now…
So am sure this will be perfect for you! And congrats! When are you expecting it delivered?
And ehmm, mine is at the delivery depot at the moment, the question now is, did they pay for Saturday delivery (somehow that is extra with this parcel service) and I receive it today or Monday?
They better deliver it today, ordered Monday morning really early and I paid for Premium shipping 2-3 business days, should already have been here if they skimped on Saturday delivery I would not be so happy!

I didn’t know what I’d do with 4 paddles underneath, lol. If I love this one (and I think I will) I’ll probably try the impact next : )
