Can someone tell me how to switch items in my left and right hands independently on a keyboard? I’m on a ps4 and the game will only show me ps4 controls. If there is a way to see keyboard controls on PS4 please let me know! If not, than perhaps that should added because it would be very helpful.
Try CTRL+# for left, ALT=# for right.
1 is the top middle (on each side) and then it goes clockwise from there.

There’s also an option in settings called “Item Selection Radial Switching” and that will make only your primary hand rotate with the scroll wheel.
Very useful for grappling in caves!
