If they’ve been instructed multiple times and it occurs, that definitely seems more like harassment.
I’ve told them and multiple other people have, at this rate I can make montages each week for my YouTube channel with just trolls. However the platforms problems should come to an end soon

They seem to respond a lot quicker to direct messages in my opinion.
