As an example.
If I cook food or smelt raw ore etc in a furnace, is there any benefit to my crafter doing it as apposed to any other alt doing it?
some furnace recipes require skills. Other than that no.
Also don’t forget iron furnace uses half as much fuel and goes twice as fast as stone furnace.
Titanium furnace is 1/4 the fuel and 4 times as fast as stone furnace.
If your crafter has the Efficient Crafting epic, then you save 30% of the fuel.

Yes there is!
but it depends on what skills they have.
for example:
my crafter has efficient crafting skill (I think that’s what it’s called, I am not logged in right now so can’t check atm) which makes recipes cost less spark AND use less fuel in the furnace.
my main doesn’t have that skill so I toss things in the furnace if i’m on my main, then I switch to my crafting alt to start the furnii.
Yeah, my crafter has the efficient crafting skill.
