Q about power coil placement

I have my machines in a row with 3 empty blocks between them.

If I place my power coils like this, will they work?

M = machine

  • = space
    P = Power Coil

M-PP-M

In other words, will the first P, power the machine on its left while the 2nd P powers the machine to its right, or do I need another empty block between the power coils?

no space needed placement wise, but you will need room to repair the coils

What do you mean by room to repair?

Don’t I just use a spanner?

The PC’s are right next to each machine.

You just need to make sure that you have a clear line of sight to reach each coil separately with the spanner.

It’s not a big deal if you’re placing a few coils but it’s something you have to remember especially if you plan to add coils in stacks or layers later.
