There is no in-game tools to change your character name.
(There were suggestions to have a name changing token that one could buy for cubits, but it remained there - in the realm of suggestions).
As @RedY3 mentioned, contacting support might be your only chance.

I would change about 2/3rd of my girl’s names. 
I must have been high on cleaning fluids…
