Reclaim issue

Trying to find out if my issue has been looked into or where we are at instead of typing all again will refer to the ingame support I lodged and email sent the only relevant info extra would be that I was going through my reclaims and made report on the second day(ingame)I haven’t deleted any of the beacons from my beacon lists thanks SRC
