i would say this site is alittle bit shady some of those who sell keys on there scam developers by saying they are game testers or youtubers imho I think its like buying stolen games but thats just my view on this site:)
hmm well i wouldn’t know where the keys come from but i know that everything i bought has been delivered so that’s one thing but yes what you say might be true.
PS: this is a marketplace so it’s not one person selling everything

yeah that’s nice to include 
So if you buy from the site it is legal (steam is not super happy about it but legal anyway)
If you buy from other parties remember to check their trust level (or whatever it is called)
And remember to check if the key can be used in your country.
Also in opposition to some key sides this one doesn’t resell humbe bundle keys cause it is bad PR
the uncertainty is just what i dont like:) no harm in using that site:)
