Sovereign and Creative worlds are working fine for me.

Maybe try updating your drivers and restarting?

I don’t see why they would leave out an entire platform from such a huge update. It was my understanding that there would be a UI in game to purchase the planets so you could do it from either PC or PS4. Could be wrong though. But I thought it was available on both.

i was unable to but went to the doctors, reinstalled a couple of things and now everything is working fine.
